the hotel was modern, clean, and in a fantastic location, close to great dining options and a short walk to the old town. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even allowing us to keep our luggage after check-out. the room was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Ieros Naos Evaggelismoy ths Theotokoy and the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes made exploring with my family enjoyable. the relaxation facilities added to our comfort, and the nearby attractions enhanced our family bonding experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rhodes.

During our stay at 12th City, we were delighted to find a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt birthday card waiting for my wife in our room. It was a lovely surprise that made her special day even more memorable. The hotel truly knows how to make guests feel appreciated and valued. We are already planning to return next year!

While there were a couple of minor things that could be improved, such as the need for an extra mirror and more hooks in the room, they did not significantly impact our stay. The friendly and helpful front desk staff more than made up for any shortcomings.
